On arrival, please leave your pets safely in your vehicle until a member of staff has seen a valid vaccination certificate. Once all paperwork has been completed, we will take your dog(s), on a lead, to an exercise area where they will be let off to acclimatise to their surroundings and to do their jobs. You can take your cat yourself to the cattery with a staff member.

Sleeping Quarters and Bedding
The whole kennel block is heated throughout and all the sleeping areas have hatches, so when the weather is very cold, wet or windy, we can shut them down to ensure the dogs keep cosy and draught free. Each dog has it's own covered run attached to it's sleeping area. Every dog gets a comfortable slightly raised hammock style bed with a vet bed sleeve for comfort. If you want to bring a familar blanket from home you're more than welcome. Please make us aware on arrival if your dog is likely to chew as the beds are quite costly if damaged. There is always background music playing in the kennels. We have Lincs fm playing while we're cleaning out the kennels and at feed times, but the rest of time and through the night, we put on special dog meditation CD's which plays relaxing music. It really does have a calming affect on the dogs! If you want your dog to have his/her favourite toys during their stay, your more than welcome to bring them but we will not be held responsible for them getting chewed or misplaced.

Please inform us on arrival if your pet is on any medication and at what times it needs to be administered. We no longer give injections, so if your pet is a diabetic, please source a kennels/cattery who is qualified to administer those. Please be aware that deaf/blind/very elderly pets can find going somewhere unusual a very stressful experience, therefore we would highly recommend you find a friend, family member or a professional house/animal sitter to care for them in their own surroundings.

What's on the menu?
We supply meals for our guests, unless they are on a special/medicated diet, in which case we would recommend you bring your own food.
